Distance learning at rshc

In conditions of COVID-19 pandemic, the Russian-Serbian Humanitarian Center in close cooperation with the EMERCOM of Russia and the Emergency Management Sector of the Ministry of Interior of Serbia continues with training and professional development of Serbian firefighters and rescuers.

In the period from November 30th to December 4th, two distance courses on the topics: "Innovative technologies and tools in the field of protecting the population and territories from natural and man-made emergencies" and "Firefighting in storage tanks for flammable liquids and hydrocarbon gases" were held for 20 specialists of and the Emergency Management Sector. The courses were conducted with the involvement of professors from the Academy of Civil Protection and the St. Petersburg University of the Fire Service of the EMERCOM of Russia.

By the end of 2020, it is planned to conduct four more similar distance courses with the involvement of personal and methodologies of specialized high educational institutions in the Center classrooms, the equipment of which allows this type of training to be carried out clearly and effectively.
