The Balkan dog handlers in Russia

The Russian-Serbian Humanitarian Center (RSHC) continues to implement its annual programs for advanced training of national specialists – the employees of emergency services from Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Macedonia. The topics of the courses are determined by the Management of the national rescue services, then the RSHC makes a request to the EMERCOM of Russia, and the higher educational institutions of Russia, based on these requests, determine a location and duration of the courses.

The Sector for the emergency situations of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Serbia on the basis of it’s real needs, asked for a training course for the dog handlers of it’s canine service. As a result, from November 26th up to December 1st, 2018, a course of advanced training was held for the specialists from Serbia and B&H.
