Alexander Zubov conducted this practical seminar, which was attended by more than 30 doctors.

The speech was based on examples from the Russian practice in this field, including the interaction of various services during emergency situations and the system of coordination and interaction. A. Zubov gave examples from his experience when it was required to determine the priority of actions at the emergency place and conduct psychological training, especially in cases of large number of victims.

Serbian colleagues were very interested in the practical interaction of services (firefighters-rescuers, police and ambulance) and addressing the priority of these services. It was talked about the organization of an unified state system for the prevention and elimination of emergency situations in Russia.
