Serbian professionals at the exhibition "Integrated Safety 2017"

Delegation of high ranked representatives from Serbia and the region are improving their qualifications and knowledge by attending a training course "System of Civil Protection in the city" this week. Delegation consists of Head of EMS of MI RS Predrag Maric, responsible officials of several ministries of Serbia, Director of management at Civil Protection from Republic of Srpska BiH and CTO of company Bexing Belgrade. The delegation leader is director of RSHC Bojan Glamoclija.

The delegates had an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the learning, training and scientific potential of two specialized academies from Moscow: the Academy of Civil Defense and the Academy of the State Fire Service.

During the visit, a meeting was held with the deputy head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Vladlen Aksenov, during which both sides discussed the development and expansion of the Russian-Serbian humanitarian center.

The delegation was present at the opening of the 10th International Salon "Integrated Safety - 2017" at the Noginsk training ground, where demonstrations conducted the activities of the units of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and other law enforcement agencies, as well as aviation of the EMERCOM of Russia. The exhibition was attended by representatives of more than 100 countries.

An important part of the course was the work in the National Crisis Management Center, where negotiations with the ICDO in Geneva, a number of regional centers of the Russian Federation and the Central Control Center of the RSHC were held with video conferencing. Such interaction enables rapid transfer of operational information, as well as distance learning. The training was completed with the delivery of certificates and a round table at the Academy of Civil Protection, during which the guests expressed their gratitude, noted the professionalism of Russian rescuers, the scale of the exercises and the enormous educational and methodological potential of the EMERCOM of Russia.

RSHC is confident that the knowledge gained will be used to develop the civil protection system in the Balkans, and the Center in Nis will continue to work with local professionals and volunteers.
