During five years working in Serbia, Russian-serbian humanitarian center has become an integral part of the Balkans, its socio-political, socio-economic and cultural life of the region.

The co-director of the RSHC V.N. Vlasenko took part in the second session of the Intergovernmental Russian-Bosnian Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation between May 17th-18th, where he made a presentation on the contribution of the RSHC in the development of Russia's cooperation with BiH through the activation of interaction with the profile structures of the countries of the region. Recently, communication via video conference link has been established and regularly conducted between the Centers for Crisis Management in Nis and Sarajevo. Specialists from BiH are being trained at the EMERCOM of Russia, getting acquainted with the latest Russian developments and technologies, and much more.

The meetings were beneficial, the sides declared their interest in the field of fighting emergencies, noting the importance of the topic for the implementation of trade and economic projects, highlighting humanitarian mine clearance and combating forest fires.

The parties agreed to continue work on the preparation for signing the document - the Protocol on Cooperation between the RSHC and the Federal Office for Civil Protection of BiH.
