RSHC at Hungarian training

Among main tasks (participation in the training exercises of Serbian firefighters, assistance in emergency elimination, holding of educational course for Serbian colleagues on the Center base and in Russia) RSHC leadership pays great attention to cooperation with the relevant agencies from neighboring states.

Representatives of Hungarian Voluntary Rescue Association made the first step and visited the Center in November 2016. Sides agreed about establishing of working relationship between two institutions. So RSHC representatives (Bojan Glamoclija, Viacheslav Vlasenko and Dmitrij Lisenko) arrived to the night training “Victim rescue from inaccessible areas”, that was held on February 18 -19th. Local rescuers got following tasks: to use rescue equipment, to find and to free victim, to treat traumas, to evacuate affected person.

There was the discussion about ways of cooperation in Budapest. Training of Hungarian specialists in Nis, at high educational institutions of Russian EMERCOM, lectures and practical exercises with the Center experts in Budapest were noted.

Impulse for such cooperation gave Minister of Emergency situations Vladimir Puchkov during the meeting with the Hungarian Ministry of Interior Sandor Pinter in October last year. “…Another topic that we talked about was the coordination of international humanitarian operations. The Russian Ministry together with Serbian colleagues created a humanitarian center in Nis, which has been repeatedly involved in disaster reliefs. I am inviting Hungarian specialists to visit the Center and take part in its activities.” – said the Russian minister.
