Delivery of the equipment to Serbia
Russian-Serbian humanitarian center (RSHC) delivered three 120 kW diesel generators at the disposal of the Sector for Emergency Situations of the Serbian Ministry of Interior. These generators are capable to provide electricity for several small settlements. Generators will be used for the needs of the Serbian population and for the needs of migrants transiting through Serbia. The procedure of delivery, which was attended by the chief of the Serbian Gendarmerie Goran Dragovic, was held in Nis on 13 November.
This is the fifth handing of the RSHC equipment to the centers of temporary accommodation of refugees in Serbia made in accordance with the needs of government agencies. Previous aid, provided by our Center for use in refugee camps, was consisted of 31 big tents (M-30), 12 medium sized tents (M-10), 4 diesel generators, 36 ovens, 3265 blankets, 15 beds, 3 sets of folding furniture and 12 sets of metal tableware.
